Set sail with us in search of fun and adventure! Campers will learn about the history of pirates, including the famous Blackbeard and Anne Bonny. We will explore how people navigated the seas, what a sailor's life was like, how to create maps, and much more through engaging hands-on activities! Registration for this camp is now closed.

July 31-August 4 (Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Children will love learning the basics of architecture in this hands-on camp. History of Theater
August 7-11 (Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
Children attending this camp will experience not only the dramatic history of theater, but also what happens behind the scenes. This camp focuses on how theater evolved over time and the influence of plays and musicals on culture. As a part of the camp, children will create their own mini theatrical production to perform at the end of the week. Registration for this camp is now FULL.

Notes about Camps and Registration:
Oberlin Heritage Center camps are open to boys and girls ages 8 to 13 and run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m each day. Each session takes place at the air-conditioned Oberlin Depot at 240 South Main Street with occasional walking field trips to notable locations nearby. Children should bring a bag lunch each day and dress for outdoor activities. Simple snacks are provided.
