Oberlin Heritage Center Museum Education and Tour Coordinator Amanda Manahan offers a free public program on Oberlin’s varied blend of industries dating back to its founding years. From sawmills to silk manufacturing to education, this illustrated presentation explores the ins and outs of early American industries and shares stories of our own community’s production of goods and services over its 185 year existence.
