January 15 (Tuesday, 7:15 p.m.) Music of the American Civil War
Presenter Timothy Krugman will weave together the role of music on the Civil War battlefield, how the mood of the nation and song shifted over time, and perform using guitar, banjo, and voice. Krugman is a musician, Civil War re-enactor, and history aficionado from Elyria and will appear in Union uniform.
Location: Kendal at Oberlin’s Heiser Auditorium.
